Synopsis:

After a slightly aborted attempt to get Black Canary initiated into the world of computers, Oracle sends her to Rheelasia, where a guy called Jackie 'Pajamas' Pamerjanian seems to be neck deep in something illegal. They discover a treasure trove, not only of such trinkets as watches and cameras, but also of body parts, ears and fingers etc.

Dinah sees a helicopter land at Pamerjanian's place, out of which steps the man himself along with one Jason Bard, who, it transpires, was once engaged to Oracle.
