Synopsis:

Black Canary and Oracle work to crack a white slavery ring, beginning with the bogus theatrical agent who kidnaps the victims. Dinah makes her way to the Caribbean island of Santa Prisca, where her path is smoothed a little by Galiant, a fellow American. However, as she begins her investigations, she is discovered by a gun-toting Galiant who says he wants to topple Santa Prisca's ruler in order to obtain a certain botanical resource. At this point, Oracle orders Canary out, as she doesn't want to get mixed in with a coup along with everything else, but Canary sticks to her guns and decides it would be best to stay and rescue the slaves, which she dows with the aid of a street kid she had earlier befriended.

El Jefe does not appreciate her interference and has her captured; Oracle's only recourse is to ask for Galiant's aid. When he does come to Black Canary's rescue, it is discovered that he is working for Zesti Cola rather than a narcotics corporation, and the two of them work together to take down El Jefe. Oracle is relieved by Dinah's safety, but is also 'majorly ticked off' with her 'employee'.
