L'Shea is actually Helen Dupris, Neisha's sister. L'Shea is enraged as she discovers it was her husband who ordered Neisha to be shot, and she is holding him hostage while Leslie attends to Neisha; L'Shea does not want to make the decision over whether Leslie should attempt a Caesarean delivery which could kill Neisha. But the baby she's carrying is to be passed off as L'Shea's own. A listening device he planted on Biggie Tiny reveals that Mister Freeze is heading up the Hill's street gangs, with Capo Siegel as a subordinate. He manages to track everyone down just as Tiny and others attack, armed with three freeze-suits, which brings to mind another occasion, years ago, when Leslie was attacked in her clinic in Africa. As the fire (or ice) fight escalates, the building begins to collapse. Second Story: "The Tailor Part Four" (8 Pages) Credits: A.J. Lieberman (plot, script) Feature Character: The Tailor Villains: Rex Other Characters: Three prison wardens Comment: Continued from previous issue and continues in the next issue Synopsis: The Tailor visits Rex in prison and explains what happened seven years ago, begging him to explain to the others that he is not responsible for their capture, and does not have the money. But it is too late, for this is the day of the gang's release from their various prisons, and Lightning, Roam and Bullet are all headed to Gotham City... |
