Synopsis:

The Penguin drafts a statistical genius into his gang who helps them plan a robbery which Batman is unlikely to foil. Unfortunately for them, Batman is already trailing one of the gang members, Nico Vanetta, and takes him prisoner. The Actuary, meanwhile, surmises that the one thing guaranteed to ensure Batman non-involvement is a daylight robbery.
