Synopsis:

The General continues to unite the gangs of Gotham, and has an early victory over Batman, who wrongly assumes that the boy is an innocent caught in the crossfire. After sounding out some people on the streets, Batman finds out the General's next target - one of the G.C.P.D.'s precint buildings.
