Synopsis:

Batman tracks a series of ritualistic slayings across Gotham with the help of archaeologist and dowser Harvey Lichas. They encounter an ancient evil named C'th and casr it into the sea. The victory, however, is hollow for Batman, as he hears a news report that confirms his worst fear - the Joker is back.
