Synopsis:

Judge Wyatt Hogan escapes from the Ratcatcher who is holding him and others in the Gotham sewers; but he is pursued by rats and killed by the vermin. Batman investigates and is himself barely able to hold the rats off until the Ratcatcher decides to flood the sewer which the Dark Knight is in.
