Synopsis:

Batman confronts the bizarre importer of 'Fever'. It seems that the drug ring is run by a ventriloquist's dummy who is stuck with a very squeamish ventriloquist. Even worse, the Ventriloquist threatens to turn state's evidence once 'they' are arrested.
