Synopsis:

Crispus Allen has discovered how Renee managed to clear his name and is not pleased, as neither the Major Crimes Unit nor Internal Affairs will be able to take the corrupt Jim Corrigan down. Their discussion is interrupted by news of several super-villains on the rampage, and the explosion of the Rock of Eternity over Gotham City, which leads to Captain Marvel landing on their patrol car and to Renee being temporarily possessed by one of the Seven Deadly Enemies of Man. They make their way through a ravaged city, both of them injured, and both of them needing to reach their loved ones. In this time of Crisis, Crispus remembers what his faith means to him, and prays with his family, incredibly glad that they are safe.
