Synopsis:

Doctor Alchemy's actions have turned Officer Andrew Kelly into a near-mindless monster, and when Alchemy awakens him at Gotham hospital, Kelly accidentally kills his girlfriend and heads off into the night pursued by Batman, while Renée Montoya ensures that Alchemy is brought back into custody. Later, Kelly resurfaces near her father's corner shop, and she hurries there, afraid that he might be hurt. Sadly, Kelly cannot be subdued and his partner, Don Peak, has to shoot him dead. But her arrival on the scene does at least mean that Montoya and her father can speak and touch once more.
