Synopsis:

The Joker and Scarecrow take Mayor Krol to the Gotham River Tunnel, and once inside cause chaos and carnage in order to lure Batman to their location. When doused with Scarecrow's gas, Batman sees visions of Jason Todd's death and is roused to anger rather than fear. The villains cause the tunnel to collapse, forcing Batman to let them escape while he tries to save the mayor from a watery death.
