Synopsis:

The NKVDemon continues his murder spree, and before long there is only one name left on his list: President Gorbachev himself, who will be attacked on Earth Day. When Batman intercepts the 'Demon in his attempt, he scoffs that Batman cannot stop him without killing him. This is not put to the test, however, as the Moscow police shoot the NKVDemon dead, ensuring that he will not kill the president.
