Synopsis:

Batman and Alfred tell Robin the bad news - former mayor Krol has died of a mutated version of the Clench, which must be being carried in a latent form in the bloodstream of all the survivors, including Robin. Acting on a tip from Azrael, who believes that the Order of St Dumas' "wheel of plagues" may have the answer, Batman, Nightwing and Robin head for Sudan, leavng Huntress as the "official" vigilante of Gotham City, which surprises her no end.
