Synopsis:

Batman traces the likely source of Narcosis' impending attack to Gotham dairy, and despite the daylight hour, he and Robin set out to intervene. While Robin brings the milk delivery truck to a halt, Batman deals with Narcosis, who has a grudge against Gotham for failing to provide him with adequate foster parents in his youth. In the tussle, Narcosis falls into a vat of milk and is condemned to the waking dream he had intended for the rest of Gotham. Batman ensures that none of the milk can be used and disappears, leaving the police a little perpexed, as they know the Bat doesn't come out by day.
