Synopsis:

James Gordon discovers Batman battling against the dream-like hallucinations caused by Narcosis' drugs. He stays with his friend until he is able to awaken himself. Meanwhile, Narcosis plans to put his drugs into Gotham's milk supply so that everyone will experience the same unwaking lucid dreaming as Batman.
