Synopsis:

Batman and Catwoman fight Ratcatcher's army of seemingly intelligent rats, both to stay alive and to protect Gotham's water supply. When Cat-Man and his panthers join the fray, the tide turns in their favour, and Batman is able to bring Ratcatcher, and later Cat-Man, in. Catwoman completes her deal with the Council of Three, giving them back their idol, but also a fake cloth, intending to return the real deal to Cat-Man at some point.
