Synopsis:

Malochia, a crackpot prophet of doom, is being financed by Anarky, but is also more than he seems. He decides to hasten the end of Gotham to fulfil his prophecies, and before long, Batman, Anarky and Joe Potato (who have separately discovered his plan) are tied to is doomsday device.
