Synopsis:

The Dark Rider, dying though he is of radiation poisoning, boasts that as the heroes pursue the Troika, his nuclear device will destroy Gotham. The next day, Bruce Wayne discovers just how difficult life is without Alfred, and fails to attend a meeting to discuss WayneTech's policy regarding the Troika. That night (as Batman) he encounters the senses-altering Colonel Vega, but is able to escape his death trap. Vega is less lucky, killed fr his failure.
