Synopsis:

When Lady Clayface is subdued by Batman, she tells him that she and her lover are only as they are because Abattoir has kidnapped their child. Batman then races to what was to have been their rendez-vous point and is able to save the life of the baby and take his father, Clayface III, into custody. However, he is unable to prevent Abattoir's escape, and as he wonders whether the baby Cassius will grow up to be a killer like his parents, Abattoir straps Graham Etchsion into a cruel death machine.
