Synopsis:

Asp is not pleased that Sir Hemingford Gray seems to know Shondra Kinsolving, so orders some of his associates to get rid of him. They are quite happy to do so, but find him more of a match than they were expecting. Hood discovers the deaths in Monkleigh, and sees Asp's Russian associates taking some of the bodies away. He and Sir Hemingford (Batman) Gray cross paths, helping to save Jack Drake's life, though Asp and Shondra (seemingly his willing assistant) get away. Hood promises not to reveal that Hemingford Gray is Batman, and Batman swears to bring Shondra and Asp to justice.
