Synopsis:

Batman duels with the Tally Man, each of them battling also with their own psyches - Batman with what he saw in the iso-tank, and the Tally Man with painful recollections from his past. The collapse of a water tower finally gives Batman the advantage and the Tally Man is beaten. When the police arrive to pick up the pieces, they are shocked at the state Tally Man is left in.
