Synopsis:

Batman and Orpheus just about manage to walk away from the bomb blast, but the Russians and the Deacons blame each other for it and head towards a confrontation in the most unstable area of the city. Here, Batman and Orpheus take out some snipers but a lone bullet is fired nonetheless, sparking a bloodbath between Russians, Deacons and the G.C.P.D. Orpheus spots Chief Karl Esterhaus watching from a distance with a couple of other officers. He confronts them and broadcasts the conversation, wherein Esterhaus and cronies admit to sparking the racial tensions and killing the police officers, to the crowds outside, bringing the violence to an end.

Batman tells Orpheus that he'll be watching the new hero, and the two part ways as Orpheus begins the business of seriously working out a new life for himself in Gotham.
