Synopsis:

Batman has Tarantula deliver a message to Penguin - he wants him out of Gotham, forever, right now. Meanwhile, Batman himself realises that the whole set-up bears a remarkable resemblence to one of his own plans, a war game so to speak, and discovers that the last person to access this file was Orpheus. The key to the plan was Orpheus, who was to unite all of Gotham's gangs. Batman's allies, and lone agent Spoiler all search for Orpheus across the city. Spoiler eventually finds him, but so does someone else. A certain someone who has brought Alexandra Kosov and Ventriloquist under his control, and tortured numerous other gang bosses. This someone slices Orpheus' throat, killing him instantly.
