Synopsis:

The players in the gang war begin their moves. Two players try to recruit Tommy Elliott to their cause, but fail miserably, though he will be quite happy to take advantage of the situation in other ways. Meanwhile, Penguin offers mercenaries for a high price, while Alexandra Kosov betrays another gang leader, Saunders, and merges with Scarface's mob. Also, Batman orders Tarantula to merge her gang with Orpheus' Hill Gang, but she refuses. Kosov now intends to move in on the mafia, using their families as a tool.
