Synopsis:

Prometheus stands off against the police and Green Arrow in Star City, sustaining several arrow wounds before Tommy Elliot arrives and intervenes, pushing a police officer to his death before disappearing with Prometheus and operating on him to heal his wounds. Batman arrives, and Green Arrow is angry that his fellow hero didn't tell him of his enemy's imminent arrival in Star City, and Batman is forced to admit that he should have asked for help. As Green Arrow informs the police officers family of his death, Batman returns to Gotham, in the hope that he can prevent any further innocent deaths.
