Synopsis:

Robert Amherst is convinced that after years of being a government agent, someone has decided that he is a security risk and he's about to be 'cleaned'. However, it is Batman that is pursuing him, for he was the one that hired a certain 'Mr Smith' to kill Vesper Fairchild. When the two men meet, Amherst tells Batman that his orders were to perform a character assassination on Bruce Wayne, and that these orders came from the top: the White House...
