Eric (proprieter of Felker Firearms; first appearance; also in flashback preceding main story)
Synopsis:
Bruce Wayne gets a telephone call to tell him that the gun he ordered has arrived. He
is surprised by this as he doesn't remember buying a gun. Going down to the Batcave, he is
told by an apparition of Batman that he did this for his own good, to overcome his fear of
guns, and to prove himself to Batman. When Wayne points out that Batman has his own fears,
fears which have driven those closest to him away, this idea is rejected. When Sasha overhears
Wayne talking to himself, he picks the gun up, but all he achieves is breaking down in tears
in front of his parents' portrait.
