Synopsis:

Six months ago, Catwoman encountered another Catwoman, and also another Batman, who captured her in order to learn more about the real Batman. However, she can tell him little, though the revelation that he has a 'family' of fellow-adventurers is a surprise to her capturer.

Now, Tim Drake and Dick Grayson visit Bruce Wayne at work. He has a mandatory psychological evaluation to attend for his insurers, but his does not go as planned: the psychologist refers to him as Batman and reveals himself to be one Hugo Strange, long thought dead.
