Synopsis:
On the trail of murdered reporter Roger Sloane, Robin uncovers some vital data, and also runs into Freeway, who captures him, intending to learn all of the secrets of Batman and his 'family'. Robin, however, escapes and is able to decrypt the data, learning some disturbing news as he does so.
