Synopsis:

Booster battles Mister Twister, a terrorist who wants 3 mill. dollars in return for not blowing up an icehockey-arena. Skeets tries to defuse the bomb, but fails. Booster removes the bomb from the arena before it blows up. Booster gets his very own Boostermobile, which he takes for a test drive.
